How I can help you

Postpartum is a time of recovery and adjustment. Yet many mothers are expected to cope quickly — to push through exhaustion while they’re still healing from birth and caring for a newborn.

My postpartum support brings together nourishment that supports recovery, nervous system regulation to make you feel more grounded and practical doula care to lessen the load.

In many parts of the world, postpartum is treated as a protected window for healing. I bring that same respect for recovery into modern, real-life family homes.

This is steady, non-judgemental support — designed to reduce overwhelm and help you recover slowly and confidently.

Nourishment

Preparing postpartum-specific meals and snacks to nourish your body.

Recovery

Coming with practical steps to help you heal and recover from birth.

Emotional support

Providing a non-judgmental listening ear if you feel your emotional load is getting high.

Reassuring presence

Helping you to tune into your intuition to find what’s right for you and your family.

Feeding support

Including getting your breastfeeding journey off to a good start if you choose to breastfeed.

Time for you

Looking after the baby to give you time to rest, shower, or simply to recharge your batteries.

Household tasks

Taking care of some household tasks so you can spend the time getting to know and falling in love with your baby.

How support works

A planning session (before baby arrives)

We talk through your hopes, wishes and concerns, your support system and what would help you feel safe and cared for. We we create a plan to make sure that your needs are met and you have space to fully recover without overwhelm.

In-home or virtual support (after birth)

Once baby is here, I support you at your pace over the early weeks and beyond if needed — practical help, nourishment, and steady emotional care.

Flexible, shaped around you (ongoing)

Ongoing support or short-term relief, depending on what feels right for you. You don’t need to know what you’ll need in advance — we adjust as you go.

My support packages

My visits last a minimum of 3 hours per time, and are typically booked as packages, as detailed below. Each package begins with a Postnatal Planning Session in which we will brainstorm and map out what your perfect postpartum might look like.

Newborn Baby
The Fourth Trimester

Ongoing, consistent support through the first 6–12 weeks after birth. A deeper level of care with true continuity — someone alongside you who gets to know you, your baby, your home and your rhythms.

Depleted Mother

You’re past the early postpartum stage, but you still feel overwhelmed — like you never truly had the rest or support to recover from pregnancy and birth.

Toy and Onesie
Six Week Postpartum

Targeted support in the early weeks, when exhaustion and overwhelm can feel at their peak. I'm here to help you feel supported at home, more confident in what you’re doing, and less alone as you adjust.
