The Fourth Trimester Package
The Fourth Trimester Package is for you if you want ongoing, consistent support through the first 6–12 weeks after birth. It’s a deeper level of care with true continuity — someone alongside you who gets to know you, your baby, your home and your rhythms. You’ll be supported in a way that helps you feel safer, more held, and more able to cope as you recover.

This package is ideal if your support network is limited, or if you already know you’ll need sustained help rather than immediate, fragmented support. You’ll have regular practical care, meaningful emotional support, and full-body nourishment to help replenish your energy, nutrients and reserves after pregnancy and birth — with protected space for deep rest, healing and bonding with your baby.
Most of all, this package gives you the chance for prolonged and regular rest — the kind that helps you replenish over time, not just get through the day.
