The Virtual Postpartum Package

 

If you’re not in my local area, you can still benefit from calm, consistent support online. Alternatively, this package can be used alongside in-person support.

This package is for you if you want more able to cope as you recover and adjust. It’s especially helpful if you’re feeling wobbly or overwhelmed, and you want someone calm to talk things through with — plus clear guidance, reassurance, and practical next steps.


While I can’t be there in person, virtual support can still make a real difference through recovery guidance, nervous system support, and emotional holding — with light-touch nutrition support to help you stay nourished in a realistic way.

What's included

  • Three hours of Zoom sessions per week (support, guidance, check-ins and practical planning) 
     

  • WhatsApp support between sessions 
     

  • Recovery guidance (rest, healing, pacing, feeding support signposting if needed)
     

  • Nervous system support (simple, doable tools to reduce overwhelm and feel more regulated)
     

  • Emotional support (a calm space to be heard, and steady reassurance)
     

  • Gentle nutrition support (simple meal/snack ideas)

The Virtual Postpartum Package is an investment of £150 per week. Payment plans are available.
